If bravery says: “I will act despite fear.”

Courage might say: “I will remain with what this fear is revealing.”

What if humanity is a verb?

I am trying not to lose my own humanity in environments that reward disconnection.

Culture is not a performance. Culture is presence. Inclusion is not an initiative. It’s a practice.

This is for anyone who’s tired of being told to “stay strong” when what we really need is to be seen.

Fearlessness is a façade. Courage is a practice.

As adults, we struggle to reach out, not because we don’t want to, but because we were never shown how.

Take that risk. Be courageous. But above all, be kind. For in this lies the secret to a life lived not just well, but beautifully.
