Humor can be connective, subversive, liberating. But also a tool of control disguised as play.

To recognize we are not the center, but a point of passage.

It’s the capacity to stay when nothing is happening.

If bravery says: “I will act despite fear.”

Courage might say: “I will remain with what this fear is revealing.”
