We have become very good at creating speed, information and optimisation. Yet many people feel disconnected from their creativity, their work and their own capacity to contribute.
Perhaps the problem is not that we lack potential. Perhaps we have forgotten how to create the conditions where potential can emerge.
What allows something to become?
A molecule does not become medicine simply because it has potential.
It needs the right conditions.
The right formulation.
The right environment.
The right moment.
I have been thinking about how much this mirrors human potential.
